Return & Refund Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is made. However, customers may top up to higher value products if the item returned to us is 100% new & sealed. 2-ways postage will be borne by the customers.
Price difference is not refundable if customers decide to change it to a lower value product.
Products will be exchanged 1 to 1 if there's any manufacturing defect found within 7 days after receiving the product (subject to manufacturer approval).
Any defects caused by human factors or acts of God are not covered, including defects incurred during the shipping process.
** Any manufacturing defects that occur after 7 days cannot be exchanged directly, however customers may send it back to us for warranty claim.
Different products have different warranty periods (based on the manufacturer and distributor), kindly check with our customer service to confirm.
Products can only be exchanged or applied for warranty claims if needed based on T&C mentioned above.
We reserve the right to make the final decisions and to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
退货与退款政策
付款后订单无法取消。然而,如果退回的商品是100%全新且未开封,客户可以补差价更换更高价值的产品。双向邮费由客户承担。
如果客户决定更换为更低价值的产品,价格差异不予退还。
如果在收到产品后的7天内发现任何制造缺陷,产品将进行一对一交换(须经制造商批准)。
因人为因素或不可抗力造成的任何缺陷均不在保修范围内,包括运输过程中产生的缺陷。

只有在上述条款和条件的基础上,产品才可以进行更换或申请保修。
